What is involved in setting up kooth?

The Kooth website is fully developed and tested. It comes as a fully managed and securely hosted service that can go-live with a short lead time (about 8 weeks).

There is a turnkey online and offline publicity campaign available for customisation that has proved in building high levels of awareness amongst the target audience. It incorporates online marketing techniques along with PR and more direct approaches such as leaflets, posters and talks for schools, colleges and youth groups. The Kooth.com marketing campaign won the IPR LGG 'Excellence in Communication Award 2004'

Our integration and set-up team work with local authority staff and local agencies to set up referral pathways so that when kooth goes live we are able to link in with local services

What does it cost?

The cost of the service depends on the number of counsellor hours purchased. Typically we charge around £37.50 for each counsellor hour, and we recommend 100hrs per month as a good place to start.
